I am finally putting what I am listening to in the podcasts into action by getting active in BP as well as participating in the forums. 

It's about talking to those you know, like and trust you to participate in your first syndicated deal.

With your experience, I look forward to your participation here on BP and getting to know you.

I already have tons of questions, and I will start participating in the forums!

But KW's Agents also participate in profit sharing in each Market Center (MC). 

I have subscribed to BiggerPockets since last March, I have been reading the books suggested, I listen to all the podcasts, I m participating to the webinars, go to investors meeting, I even have TWO mentors AND I m pulling money out of my life insurance so I have cash ready to go! 

I've primarily participated from afar, reading numerous forum posts and listening to about 1/2 of the podcasts.

Take advantage of what Bigger Pockets has to offer such as: ebooks, keyword alerts, forums, blogs, awards, webinars, podcasts ( you have participated in), the learn tab, informative people in many fields of real estate, colleagues, and more.

I have also missed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of deals that I couldn't participate in because I was swinging a hammer.

But I believe there might be some sydication opps in the Bay area that you could participate in for smaller amounts.
