Painters are EXPENSIVE, especially if you are adding in ceilings and baseboard.

I believe our painter primed them all before doing two more coats on them

I have a few questions.For the locks that allow you to open remotely, enter temporary access code for a painter, etc....don't those need to be connected to the internet 100% of the time?  

Did one repair job for $250  when someone else tried to charge like $1000.I know a painter and trim installer who works on a $200/day flat rate.

Unless it's paint that has been ruined or a surface that hasn't been properly prepared a experienced painter or a descent diyer with good common sense will achieve the result expected.

Soil settlement caused foundation movement and cracking which took about a week to repair between foundation company, carpenters and painters.

As a carpenter, I worked on new builds alongside people I would not trust to screw in a light bulb, and the painters can’t fix everything ;) so new construction definitely doesn’t always mean better.
