I am an investor out of Minneapolis and my wife and I are nearing the completion of a live-in flip.

That being said, I have a list of single and multi-family properties in the Minneapolis area that I believe could be great off- market deals but I am not sure how to move forward since I have no experience with purchase agreements and assigning to an investor.

In Minneapolis we charge $50 for off-street designated parking (no garage), and in Newport we charge $50-$75 for garages (no heat / no electricity).

Minneapolis is a sellers market now, despite my North area not being as desirable.

@Austin Nicoson I actually ended up moving back to Minneapolis so I had to wait even longer.
