The townhome on Dolley Madison has auctioned twice now that I've seen.

Even if the taxes were low and you bought a house for $110-140K and rented for $1,000-1,400, that is a terrible return.I would suggest buying in a lower priced city (like Warren, Hazel Park, Madison Heights) or finding a killer deal in Berkley for cheap.
