I wouldn't be surprised if they were run-aways.Checking local criminal records won't work because someone could commit crimes in a different state and then move to yours.Or what if mom/dad move in with junior and then mom/dad decide to move out three months later?

Now you can have the SFD, ADU and Junior ADU on a SFD zone essentially upzoning every lot in the city of LA with exception of course (very high fire severity zones).
