You can research what that is on the ol' Google, but that will break a deal if you're trying to do a condo and do the 10% down route.

Even when I google climate controlled self storage in Louisiana but all the big operators all the images are multiple stories. of course it's possible to build climate control one story, institutional level development is different than individual.
