Truly life saver for somebody like myself who does not enjoy this type of work.

@William Hinsche I personally enjoy looking for multi-family in 43212, 43201, 43202, 43215, and 43235 as these are are areas that I would live in myself to buy and owner-occupy.

So, at the end of the day, keep your payments current, give them financials on the back of a bar napkin if they ask and enjoy your life.
