From what I can see, you've got to manually monitor legal notices in the Times/Post/County Papers to compile auction notices, then track the sale status (date, cancellation, postponements,etc) on the default attorney/trustee website.  

These have their own searchable values that can only help the SEO ranking of your website.Additionally, you want to sign up for Google Analytics to track page usage with your visitors, & Google Webmaster tools to submit url's for crawl requests, monitor any webpage errors (301/302/403/404), & most importantly, just how your site is performing with Google SEO.  

I mostly use the mobile app to monitor chat about our market and you can't reply from the free version of the BP mobile app. 

I am not sure if 1st is current or not as it seems monitoring the 1st from a second standpoint is not as simple as I thought.

It's hard to keep contractors on track when you're right there monitoring what they are doing but far more difficult when you are thousands of miles away and you are just one more client to them.

I would never have bought some of them if I could not be here to monitor things.

But my ultimate goal is cash flow so whether I decide to invest out of state or in a Chicago neighborhood that has good cash flow, I'm keeping my options open and monitoring the market for the next 200 or so days before I refi out of my FHA and look to make my next purchase.
