We have a local Facebook page where everyone post what they have for sale or rent and other people post what type of rentals their looking for and those 2 and 3 bedrooms go fast.

There was also a thread on my city's neighborhood facebook page (another great resource) recently that suggested a family of 4 could expect to use $60-$75 of water.

I'll also post it to the town's Nextdoor and Facebook page, and the Queer Cleveland buy/sell/trade page.My question is, could contacting clergy about this be considered discrimination in favor of a religious group?

New investments by Google, Apple, Facebook and Autodesk is a true testament to the growing infrastructure here.

Those and facebook will tell me if I want to go further with  my pre-screening.  

But you will also find great success in these Facebook pages.  

The Google search will bring you to their Facebook page (if they have one), by searching the city they are from. 

I've done a lot of research on biggerpockets, YouTube and other sources for real estate information about advertising yourself, such as: direct mail, Facebook ads, google ads, newspaper ads, Zillow/realtor.com ads, word-to-mouth.

Other websites including Yelp and even their facebook page have enough negative reviews to have me cautious about them.
