depending if it’s more in Brookside (better) or Waldo & how East it is, cuteness/charm & how nice the renovations are etc.

Sometimes as a buyer you have to kiss a few frogs to find your "prince charming" agent.

But it retains its eclectic, piecemeal, down-at-the-heels charm, which is part of the fun.

Naturally, mid-sized more affordable, still charming cities like Richmond show up on our list for that reason.Our extended family also seems to be migrating southward, so there is the gravity that comes with that. 

I guess the 3rd time is a charm...because at the 3rd re-inspection our Taylor property passed!
