I am browsing through the podcasts and see a lot of good resources, but there are too many of them ;-) Could someone recommend podcasts to start with for newbies?

I do like browsing some of the posts on city-data.com too but have noticed the same thing.

I have been a browsing member of BP for a while, but this is my first post.

I'm very new to the investment world and have had aspirations of building a real estate portfolio after reading several books on the topic and browsing general web discussions for the last couple years.

I would recommend browsing certain areas in Cincinnati in person as well.

If you really want to see who dominates landlord/tenant work, just browse through court dockets. 

i think the site looks great and being ale to connect with others is greatbut when i want to use the site to look for  properties   im like hey look @ that house    and   the listing is over 2 years old    this happens to me alot whn browsing through your tools search      Can we fix this     and work on the listings that have the NOTE on the cover page list of the ROI CASHFLOW CASH DOWN   so many of this and there alot of the same listing       GETS ANOYING seeing it over and over 

I was told by another broker that it should be no problem, that they had never heard of such a rule and they even browsed the HUD website saying they couldn't find anything on the subject.
