I’m still trying to get my foot in the door of real estate investing and I’ve recently came up with an opportunity to get the ball rolling.

Hail size was pea to quarter with some getting to golf ball size.

Made a low ball offer considering days on market, and the estimated restorations costs.

Thank youMore than lending I am trying to find a place where I might be able to take that equity and get a small fixer upper single family or multi family to get the ball rolling on investment just need to find the right low entry market...Should  I  try to flip to build up more money or fix and hold and try and borrow equity?

Before the high and mighty stealing your equity group jumps on me, he literally said to me I just want enough cash to pay for a new pool, there's no such thing as low-balling me (interesting negotiation tactic but I'm not complaining).

That makes it tough, tough on the newbie but also not easy for me.For appreciation, the best is accurately predicting the next hip area but without a crystal ball that is difficult. 

When someone has enough balls to ask your age (let's be honest, the question alone is them trying to insult you), I tell them I'm happy to reveal my youth if they are willing reveal how old they are first. 3.

A lot of wholesalers will give ball-park estimates, but you don't want to get too specific.
