It will get you the experience without all the hard work of locating a property and it gets you in the game.

Yeah, we are VERY new to the game compared to other veteran investors in this game.

This is a long game and the market is dynamic in the short term.  

I'm just getting started in the area and @Timothy Smith has been a major game changer.

Seems pretty easy to setup.You could add a feature to a spare room or game room or whatever with little work.
