Fair market rents are generally based on comparable rents in the area of investment but one should use common sense in this evaluation just as one would with comparables to determine the retail value of a subject investment.We call this "Apples to Apples - Oranges to Oranges" evaluation.

Being from the WEst coast were we have no ethic division or anything else ethnic at the time I went Cupertino High School you may have heard of Cupertino ( now home of Apple and a bunch of rich engineers and average home price of well over 1 million) but anyways we had NO ethnic diversification 2k student population we had 2 African Americans.

I am planning on making a door hanger and using them in one school district, in the areas where I am looking to buy.The contents:Basics: Clear bag, magnetic (or regular) biz card, handwritten note or mini card, flyer printed on matte cardstock.Other possibilities: A card (with small magnet attached) that shows community calendar and my info, small coupon book from local businesses that may want to participate (this could help pay for this campaign also).I plan to follow this up in a month or two with a sticky note on each door that says, "Hi- We buy houses in as-is condition in (this area).

Hello there.I’m Eric, I’m 31, and ready for a career change.My career background is as follows: - IT support - Apple Consultant (9 years, current job) - Network infrastructure design and deployment (2 years) - Video production - informercials, commercials, music videos, & real estate video w/ drones (shooting, editing, etc) (5 years) - Photography assistant for well-known photographer (5 years) - Front-end web developer (5 years as job, more for my own businesses)I’ve started up and have run 3 businesses (and many more failed ventures) in these various fields, with varying successes over the years.I’ve done a lot of the following for my own companies:-branding and marketing - logo design - web development - SaaS application research and optimized workflow integration - video production (use to have $45k worth of gear) - sales and invoicing - referral networking (member of some groups for 4 years) - administrative duties / bookkeepingI’m use to doing the sales, project work, and invoicing for a multitude of clients.
