Tonight might be too short of notice as my wife and I just had our 2nd child last week.

We actually just sold one in Smyrna this week!

I was just in Philly two weeks ago visiting relatives.

Last week, we had an issue with the plumbing in a home we sold.The buyers moved in, used the water, and some areas of the home started flooding.We sent vendors out that same day to investigate and fix the issue.

So, you should be able to see the exits from late 2023 and early 2024 on our home page by next week.

Last week I received a letter from my insurance company stating they were going to discontinue my policy due to the current condition of the property (missing siding) and due to the fact that I am not currently living there (which is not true).I contacted my insurance broker and due to the fact my current insurance company disclosed the cancellation, they could not find another company that would insure the property.I just filed a dispute with the state.

I am about to be 21 here in a few weeks.   

Typically from the months of April-October, I can get my units filled within 1-2 weeks if priced competitively and in turnkey condition to get market rents.

I posted on Furnished Finder to try to get some weekly renters, but no luck there. 

I commented a couple weeks ago but I just want to be sure I offer assistance to anyone who needs it.
