So does that mean you need everything notarized?

The hardest trade to find, believe this or not, are great painters.   

Do you have to hire an escrow agent or maybe have the sellers relative that lives in town get her notarized cash deed and get the cashiers check at the same time sorry I am new at this part any help would be appreciated.

Seller wants to keep his mortgage in place and take payments from me with a notarized promissory note.

The deed will be notarized and subsequently recorded by the title company.

To put a property under contract in Germany, only a notarized agreement is binding.

I first rolled my 401k to a similar custodian like Equity that didn't offer checkbook control and my first loan needed to be completely signed/notarized before they would review my request and release funds to escrow.
