Thanks   North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

This is prime location in heart of great little village in south Florida.

All this within walking distance to Lake Hills Village and Samena swim and recreational club.

Hi, I'm new to investing and am looking at a smaller multi-family in the coventry village area in Cleveland, OH.

@Dustin Allen incline village but i work in south lake everyday.

We have looked at several of these with investors in the Little Village and Pilsen neighborhoods recently and it would take a lot to unwind some of the issues from that. 

Based on your estimate of $300k you are almost certainly looking at Hilo side, unless you would consider a smallish condo in Kona or Waikoloa Village.

I also like west lakeview/roscoe village area for a nice difference in as-is prices vs after rehabbed.
