Many vacancies in Coventry Village area
Hi, I'm new to investing and am looking at a smaller multi-family in the coventry village area in Cleveland, OH. I did a drive by and noticed that several of the buildings on the same block have signs advertising available apartments. Does this mean that there is an over-saturated rental market? Should I look in a different area with less vacancies. Thanks in advance!!
