Anyone know how to call Bigger Pockets Customer Service?

@Broderick CampbellI am a spec and custom home builder in Houston.

But, I can't find an actual customer service person.  

It gives me a bunch of customizations that I can change by property.

This is a custom line that they are able to keep low-cost by only offering 3 different door styles with a limited number of finishes.

In most businesses that allow customers to make monthly payments, furniture and appliances for example, no dollar amount owed is too small not to warrant a letter from their lawyer threatening court action.

I'll be sure to share my experiences with their competitiveness, their willingness to get the deal done, and customer service.

I look up the old addresses they sold and contact the owners for a real review via Facebook or LinkedIn.So far I haven't been able to independently identify a happy turnkey customer.

We are going to anyway because it will get their and their customer's attention.
