Overall, Saratoga is a little pretentious for my taste, I prefer a more blue collar tenant that doesn't call me for a light bulb change.Colonie is very desirable and deals can be had, as are Delmar, Guilderland, and that area south of Albany.

I was thinking about making a deal where he would fence in my property along with his, which would be like an extra 275LF of fencing which would probably be in the $7,000 range.I don't want to give my neighbor a price that would put a bad taste in his mouth, so I was wondering if anyone knew what would be a fair price for the land.

They are no longer obligated to consider your lazy offer, because you haven't resubmitted it for chronological consideration.Once again, offers to agents isn't eBay ... it's in poor taste, and it won't work the way you want ... unless you genuinely want to be frustrated.
