If it is, then in addition to reinforcing the structure, you should consider a termite treatment for the whole structure....and If I were you, I would continue pulling baseboards off to see where else they may be hidding.

We do raise a healthy population of termites and about half the properties will need to be treated for termites, rarely have they done any damage and the treatment for most rentals is less than $500 total.Phoenix has all of the major sporting events, tons of recreation, a major university and land to grow!

I have been told by a termite inspector that laws are changing and that banks demand treatment every 5 years on properties with known termite issues.
