Its not worth it to make the property immaculate with the newest trends.

OTOH I've been happy with AlphaFlow (exposure to 75-100 loans for $10K), and would love to see them do some kind of analysis across the platforms similar to what LendingRobot has done to help folks understand trends in underwriting standards, rates, and performance.
