Emmanuel Lopez there's videos that's explain all the basics etc.

YouTube has some very good videos on why and how to regarding LLCs. 

We were also able to purchase adjacent blighted properties to expand parking and also control the residents in the adjacent 6 unit apartment building.We are right over 10 years of ownership on this building and have had several movies/tv shows/music videos filmed there due to the retro styling.

Of course I will make errors but how do I minimize the downside and maximize the upsideWhat folks books videos are recommended to start this journey

I watched a video recently on a guy whose strategy in choosing a multifamily investment location is to find slower job growth.

When I listen to courses and videos or read articles, they all say "sign the house ASAP then go into closing" and quit frankly it confuses me. 

In his YouTube videos he makes it seem so simple to find a house with equity then quickly flip it to purchase another house.
