Hi Tom--   I'll give you my question (conclusion) first:  --Do you have a website?

BUT I know a lot about real estate and analyzing markets, and coming to the conclusion of finding a deal (wink to BP, thanks for all the help).

I usually don't jump to conclusions on this stuff but #drugdealer

The conclusion I came to was pass.

I hope you find the answer/advise your looking for.I happen to agree with @Richard C.When I read your post that was my conclusion. 

Forum: based upon the information read in this forum I came to the conclusion that an umbrella policy makes sense!  

I'm coming to the conclusion that for the next several months at least I should be renting. 

Unfortunately, it's a common theme that housing courts are backed-up (and courts in general), so even if you have the waiver of a jury trial, it still may take some months to come to a conclusion. 

I did some more reading after I wrote last night and reached the same conclusion you did.
