With a 30 minute session I can usually find at least 1 or 2 deals they like enough to submit offers on, and I try to do 1 of these calls a week or so per client.

@Brandon Quinones Kw was alright with training, in my officer we had 1-3 training sessions per week but yes getting support was not the easiest.

This is a topic I've been trying to learn more about for weeks, I've spent literally my entire weekend trying to research online, and have even tried contacting local appraisers and reaching out to real estate Facebook groups offering to pay for an informal phone consultation (a Q&A session really.)If anyone here is an appraiser, I am willing to pay you for just a phone call, please contact me.
