If the market moved very little, that can be an indicator that the market there is less likely to experience a huge change in any future downturns... assuming no fundamental change in the community (IE: big business moving out, discovering nuclear waste buried under the city, etc.)

The GPS handle all the dirty work the hassle of dealing with tenants toilets and termite.It’s a message that will sell.At the same time, continue to make connections in the industry - find some newer operators in markets you like - develop a relationship - if they are trying to expand their business like say Spark is - those operators will be looking to find folks to raise capital for them.Do the resume but understand the resume isn’t the golden goose.
