@Dany Pelletier, either way, going by your resolution, please make sure that by October 13 you have at least $30k extra in the bank than you already have! 

We just purchased a home in our LLC's name and were asked to fill out a Resolution so either one of the partners can sign a deal without the others signature.

The local AZREIA has some referrals From the AZREA website : We have used them and usually for 300-500 you get a resolution.

I'm a goal motivated person, so I do New Year's resolutions, even though many see them as a cliche.

Steve -Congrats on getting this one closed...I have some strong feelings on this topic, but have been waiting for a resolution before posting.

If she wants to stay she needs to pay on time in full every time.Good luck but my guess is the best resolution to what I see as a never ending saga is evicting her.
