I got licensed not to be an agent forever, but to speed up my multifamily acquisitions by creating more income doing something I already enjoy. 

More important to me than the speed at which you responded was how you "found" the deal in the first place since it was apparently off-market. 

That was well worth the money since he showed me some of the things to look for in the future so I can do better ballpark estimates on my own and speed up the process of putting a good offer in.  

I work so my other Income can help purchase my properties to help speed the process .

They are the only one with a recognition from the US Department of Education.

The fastest mortgage bank in the country right now works exclusively through independent mortgage brokers (a huge part of what helps them deliver on that speed is us handing them files already neatly packaged up, as opposed to what consumers provide... just this week I asked for most recent month of paystubs, and a person gave me a 107 page PDF with non-paystubs from 2018).

I haven’t tapped into any private money as of yet, it would definitely speed up the plan if I did.

I'm pretty happy with it and try to pat myself on the back for it - but I need to speed this up!
