My suggestion to all is to use internet explorer, and print a hard copy in case the site crashes, you can have the info written down and easy to access.

Helocs can get frozen ( read the fine print) I bet 90% of those who have heloc's have no clue they can be frozen unilaterally by the lender.

The reason it ticks me off is that there is additional workload and exposure to COVID for everyone from the guy printing it and stuffing it into an envelope, to the USPS worker who shoves it into the sorting bins and then the next one who puts it on the truck (honestly I don't know how this mail thing works, it's pure magic just like eggs in a carton), then to the delivery and then I have to come outside and open the mailbox.

The more they print (all the gov't bailouts announced for banks/businesses, and the "stimulus" for citizens) and buy create new bonds that have to be paid by future tax dollars, the more I think we should all be buying precious metals/hard assets to protect from the raging inflation that will likely come.
