Politicians like to set landlords up as the great Satan. 

Political discussion is prohibited in the forums and while I realize it is difficult to discuss policies that are enacted/enforced/overturned by politicians, you are limited to discussing the policies themselves and not the worth/worthlessness of those involved in crafting/overturning the policies.

@Jeremy RowanHave a buddy whom walks a target neighborhood speaking to everyone on behalf of a local politician he works into the conversation he has people looking to buy in the area do they know anything vacant or coming up for sale he pays for any  referral he buys.Paul

@Luke MosesDon't give up your one contact away from a deal I just cannot tell you when it will happen.A buddy does wholesaling he goes door to door in a neighborhood talking to people on behalf of a local politician.

If the politicians have draw a great big bullseye on your back because of the way you do business, it's probably time to adjust.

You sell it based on your increased cost of X (taxes, insurance, etc.) and chuckle about some politician's wasting everyone's money.At the end of the say however, tenant needs to know that they are renting, that you are running a rental business and have a money partner (your cat or ?)

The same will happen in Schenctady, corrupt liberal politicians will never change.

It's too bad politicians cannot work together for the sake of the state's future.
