The park is full of trees, grass, a community garden, and a pet run.

I also do not allow unauthorzied pets or significant others or adult children moving in without being screened and added to the lease. 

Otherwise the front of the house is a pure single family.You're right, the back deck is a pet project, and would most likely be used less than anticipated.
