Wonderful thread fellas I enjoyed every word of it, and I love to see when there are many of BP members participating.

I also want to thank anyone and everything that has brought this world to me..as a HS drop out, no college education, and with a past criminal record (Stupidity), I have to say that I am proud of what I do now and that IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!!!

From what I understand one must be a licensed entity, an actual participant or contracted by one of the participants to the transaction in order to appear on the HUD-1 statement.

Quite like my participation with the biggerpockets forum.

We're so very proud of you for taking the plunge(even if it was your own home) and now you'rebeginning to see the fruits of your efforts.Good for you!
