If I were reselling I would just go with good architectural shingles.  

World class city, architecture, food , entertainment, nightlife and the Cubs!

I wrote hundreds of articles on a weekly basis, sometimes about dentistry, music, architecture, horrible clothing lines, and even shoe shining.

I really like all that old architecture.

I also believe that in many ways the architecture industry has lost some of the luster it once had and that many folks don't have much appreciation for what architects bring to the table, perhaps deservedly so.

@Jon Klaus We provide architecture and security services to folks building software (code audits, designing for fault tolerance and redundancy), mostly in the communications  sector.We also have a couple of our own in house software projects ... one of which is/was responsible for our move into real estate investing (we needed a live laboratory).

We already have architectural plans drawn and are ready to start ASAP.  

I have 4 different businesses I started...including my own Architectural Practice which I started right after graduation.  

I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M (yes I'm an Aggie) in Landscape Architecture/Community Master Planning 1979, and in 2011 went back to get my masters at The University of Texas at Arlington in Landscape Architecture/Urban Design.  

Studied architecture and ran a small design company back in the early 90's.
