I think there are courses or packages that have a systems for doing this for a reasonable price.

The deals I get VARY widely.....Single Family (55-80% LTV...Commercial (same LTV)....Bulk packages, etc.I am in Maricopa County, AZ (Phoenix Area) so our market is still pretty strong.
