Not knowing how rural your land is, things like sewer, power, fire hydrant location can come into play if far from existing connections.  

Furthermore, the overwhelming majority of BP members who contact me directly do so with an issue that has to be resolved rather than proactively looking to set up their business correctly/ vet opportunities or investment strategies.

It’s a little overwhelming but it sounds like I need to set it up in CA and register it in NC.
