It's not normal to do it prior to an accepted offer.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

Since I didn't have my own listings, I offered to other agent's to sit their open house.

They can offer tailored strategies to help manage your rentals and carpentry business effectively.

The offer seems great numbers wise, possibly even without the 3rd unit.

You can offer an incentive such a discount on rent if the pay online or via bank draft.

At our firm (tax advisory) we are offering a service to help clients with this and we expect many tax/cpa/law firms will as well. 

Investing out of state can definitely offer better cash flow opportunities, especially in states like Indiana, Alabama, and Ohio where property prices are lower and landlord-tenant laws tend to favor landlords.

The one I am speaking with currently has not offered up any sort of contract so I am taking the lead on preparing something.
