That's a tough nut to crack.  

All my family thinks I'm nuts to want to continue working with these people, but I truly love this house.

But he's a bit of a nut job.

We use turn-over check lists for cleaning, maintenance/repair and upgrades.Years ago, a couple of guys on our maintenance team thought I was nuts for cleaning an apartment before all the repairs, painting, upgrades, etc were done.

With only a one shot $1M nut NNN would not be the place I would look but that's just me.

It's nuts.

If there is any low hanging fruit, it's gone within 1-6 hours.

I used to own my own company (Orchid and Hibiscus Nurseries) back home (South Africa) but found the market here in the USA not as fruitful and more streamlined to the pot plant industry as opposed to the connoisseur collector, definitely not enough to warrant further consideration.
