I can tell you for sure the wages are not increasing and the flight of high paying jobs are increasing . what I can't tell you if the home prices would go down or now but my gut feeling is it's a matter of when not if.

@ carol conlin - I believe the case needs to be filed where the tenants lives, not where you live...So, if the tenant moves out it state, you have to go file where he is at now.... hardly worth the flight over to chase a utility bill
