Local Bank or Credit Union in Bay Area that lends to LLC?

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone offer advice on where to start with getting a loan for an LLC with multiple owners? This is for a 4-plex in the East Bay with ARV around $500-600k. I see posts where people recommend local banks and Credit Unions, but I'm looking for specific names of where to start. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

@Ori Skloot Even with LLC loan, LLC members will have to be guarantors on the loan. So why not buy it using conventional financing and have a purchase agreement. You can manage the property through a business structure, but the title would be in the name of individuals.
