My gut feelings is that AI will bring significant change to real estate as it will to all aspects of our lives.  

Buyer will live in property.

There's ways to help limit your overall liability like targeting more turnkey properties or properties with long term tenants (2+ years of living there) to help the learning curve.

Any prospective resident with bad credit or a prior eviction is going to have an impossible time finding a place to live.

On our higher end houses we put stackable in our primary walk in closet I did this in the home I built and live in although mine are stacked they are full size not a combo unit.
