If the person theyre piggybacking on has 10 years of perfect payment historythen the next time that account reports for the main user it will also apply the ten years of perfect history to the losers CPN instantly creating the illusion of a 10 year credit profile.P.S I know people love putting in their two cents on this or trying to argue this as if they know anything about this field outside of a couple articles they read on their laptop at home but I assure you this is 100% accurate, I've been active for 15 years in this field and am still active today.

Over the long term, investing in something like Vanguard's S&P 500 Index Fund VFINX will return 11% (that's what it's returned on average every year since its inception on 8/31/1976), and if you invested in it you did nothing but push a few buttons on your laptop.  :-)  So this is just food for thought, and to each his own, but when I look back at the work I've put into my investment properties over the years I now look for a minimum 20% ROI on every addition to my portfolio. 

The backpack walker wandering by... wants a smoke or needs a light... and oh - they also have products for sale.

And for them it probably was because they had hardly hiked or backpacked in their life.

GA counties do not make those lists available to the public like FL or some FL counties.In general, you have to figure out how to reach true motivation WITHOUT compitition from everyone with a laptop and a credit card.  

@Joshua Dorkin  for us when we target a specific asset class etc.. we create custom lists.In the old days it was lots of work at the courthouse.. then lap tops were created this enabled us to really home our list down.. then we reverse directed them and we called the folks. if we could not call or knock on door we as a last resort sent something through the mail. 

I recommend that you start leveraging the World Wide Web which will reduce ongoing costs and bring faster results.After all, 9 out 10 people go to the internet via a laptop, tablet or smartphone when it comes to any service, purchase or information in general.

:)The wholesalers who are doing good volume in Atlanta are doinig some thing no one in China (California etc) can do with internet, a laptop and a credit card, they door knock and drive hoods.  

Everyone needs one of these hooked up to their laptop.  ;-)  Very nice.
