Hello everyone, I'm Vividh, and I'm thrilled to join the Bigger Pockets community as I embark on my journey in real estate investing.

I didn't find bigger pockets until around 2008 I think. 

I will definitely speak to a tax professional about this to see what the best way is to get them the funds they need in a dignified way and also minimize the amount of it that comes directly out of our pocket. 

I would think that at the closing table, the owner would have to clear the IRS lien with the sale of the property and then come out of pocket.

Hi, I am a new real estate investor that gets alot of value from Bigger Pockets.

I found this deal on the MLS and paid market value, I even increased my offer to get a concession from the seller to reduce my cash out of pocket and buy my interest rate down.
