Apparently, as they were eating there, Josh told the person who made the bbq that that bbq was disgusting.

When looking at the house pay particular attention to the location of plumbing fixtures and any other lines (gas, electrical, ducting, etc) as they will be more costly to move than they would be with a basement.Additionally, if the building is older and has cast iron or copper DWV, you may want to have the lines scoped to ensure they are in good condition (as it can be a big, disruptive job to replace bad lines).

With the details of this first deal ironed out and the 2nd unit rented I am looking to switch gears to the next property in order to continue the momentum.

@Andrew Coulton You forgot to include lead paint, asbestos popcorn ceilings/walls and disintegrating iron cast sewer pipes, among other pleasures that come with structures built prior to 1980.​As for foundation, there is more to foundation repairs than just the foundation.

I've always found it ironic that the SEC won't allow individuals to invest in securities that may be the best way for them to build wealth.

One of the things that concerned me on the inspection report is that there is galvanized water pipes and cast iron drain pipes (replaced with PVC once above ground).
