For my next projects I need them to move a lot faster and am just looking for some insight into some of the trade offs of using an all-inclusive home rehab company, vs hiring a GC to manage the entire project, VS doing what I did and self managing the subcontractors.I imagine I'd pay a premium for any sort of all-inclusive service, so I'm curious - have any investors out there made any of these rehab companies work with their ROI?

I'm not suggesting it be mandated that you cut anyone a break because they're a veteran, but it's BS to give them specifically a worse deal, virtually all banks, however, do exactly that, inclusive of ones with "Ultra Freedom Veteran America" type names (yes you can make fun of the name of the place my license is presently hung if you want).The last minute verification of employment is becoming the norm.

After an audit, with what we collected vs. pest control requests, the average cost was about $750 per request, so we lost on that concept.That said, definitely not a fan of offering this program as inclusive to tenants.Take Care,Brad
