Please see the picture above and advise on what the "Very Hot " (market temp) means?

The area we are looking in has super high tenant quality, little vacancies, very 'hot' neighborhood and the buying competition is intense.

Like a brat, I remember tossing a package of hot dogs in the flower bed outside my front door. lolThe fridge/freezer was ancient but they did correctly repair it. 

As I'm sure you've seen, San Antonio is a hot area for investing so you'll have no problem finding people to connect with.

EaDo has been the next hot thing for over a decade and it’s never transpired - but it still has true believers; mostly hipsters who can’t afford Montrose.
