It's horribly unscientific but if I just assume everything is going to be 25% more expensive for me I can at least know how that would carry through.

The simple answer is YES to both questions.Yes it's hard for out of state investors to work with Realtors because Realtors suck at their jobs.ANDYes it's hard for out of state investors to work with Realtors because out of state investors are horrible clients.

We've seen it time and again and it only leads to folks living in some horrible, low income apartments or rental homes instead of allowing folks, who fully choose to live in RVs and manufactured home a safe, affordable Park to live in.It also makes prices on existing Park prices go up and many deteriorate b/c they know their guests have no other choice.

Sure, if the attorney & the agent are horrible at their jobs, then the buyer will leave with more questions than they started. 

I have a good one now, but my initial PM was horrible.
