What this has to do with you is that you may well have to interview 5 agents to find 1 that is a good fit.That may sound harsh & I apologize to other agents, but again it's about perspective.

Genny Li I don't want to be as harsh as Ian Barnes, but you might want to spend little more money than you are planning.It is getting harder to find cheaper houses where you want to buy houses.The ones you will find will need more updates than you are planning to do.For example, Painting Cabinets versus Replacing them is a good idea but also can keep your house vacant longer than it should be.There is competition in those neighborhoods.

It does look like there could be a little bit of pigment that comes off if you use a harsh cleanser, so be careful about that.If you are on a budget and cannot afford new cabinets, or just don't want to do it...
