I’m ready to flip a house for fun and profit and get into the game full time – either in Los Angeles or New England areas.I’ve only recently begun to explore some of the real estate investor network meetings in the Boston area and have found that they can be an invaluable resource for learning and networking.

And I keep circling the England market, although Wales has come of increasing interest as of late. 

The people are super nice and the weather is just a tad better than New England.

I've seen some of their work, not pretty and wealthy Germans go to England, Egypt, India, here, where ever there are no German doctors....least use to be.....come to think of it, that's really a socialist and communist thing to do, limit people's rights to recovery for damages and have a protected class/profession!

Beside the US, Mexico and Canada, I have been to England, Scotland, Tahiti, Costa Rica, Panama, and Nicaragua.

I live in New England, a spot in which the 2% rule is a pipe dream.
