Hospitable seems great and a bunch of people on here endorse it but it seems like I would have to layer in Pricelabs to control pricing which just feels like I'm slowly adding costs and suddenly, I'm paying $100/month for software. 

A policywith a higher premium may be a better deal if it does not have a wind deductible.There are many endorsements that are available on the homeowners policy.

Hey Matt, I'd suggest exploring the app RentRedi, which is endorsed by Bigger Pockets.

A new thing experienced with RCN was that they want a full Alta title policy with extra endorsements which added about $1000 to my closing costs over the regular policy most lenders use.

I would ask the issuing office for an endorsement adding the LLC as a named insured to confirm that it does.
