Hello my name is michael,and i have a passion for real estate since i was a teen...now that im older i have been working on making my dream a reality....Im in process of purchasing a 4 family hame through a program called naca.Have anyone heard of this program?

I told myself I'd be an Orthodontist and eventually reach my DREAM of retiring early and being financially independent so that I could spend as much time with my future family as possible creating memories.

Balancing budgets against dreams, desires versus reality, it can be overwhelming.

Please help a young guy with some big big dreams.

My dream is to eventually stop working full time and retire us on the portfolio.

This has always been my dream, and while we all have our stories as far as what motivates us to take the leap into REI, mine is somewhat bittersweet.

Even if I am just 20 years old I want by the end of 2019 to have already a Rental Property but until then I want also to get my relator license before.I'm writing this hoping that someone will want to help a young guy with big dreams by giving me at least some advices.

its a Loong game and I sure hope everyone achieves their dreams and aspirations. the business has treated me well. ( with the exception of  08 to 2011) and 1989 to 1992 and of course that little burp in the dot come bubble but most of these folks were in diapers then.

It would be a dream to have property there some day!
